anger is the sorrow inside an individual which he cant express but willing to express but dint know how to express so we adopt pattern of anger we shout we get irritated we wish to do fight or any other medium to let down our stress stress is also the main reason for anger but if we look at an positive angle of anger it is that it helps to achieve our target and it brings energy in your self to move with excitement it helps you to divert your mind from atterection because when some one is angry he automatically divert its direction from the sour rounding and we wish to change it and when we cool down we feel energetic and we start our work with new energy and some times we also get new ideas which we wish to implement in our life so basically anger is the form of energy which is with in our self but how to utilize it depends on our choice we must always remember that human being is the greatest and ever built creation of nature but its existence is for a short period so we must utilize our energy in creative field
